thank god it’s 10 and they should hopefully be leaving soon (well in 2 hours). I hate that even when i shut my door i can still hear them and its driving me crazy. Plus they’re blasting their music/singing along which is also highly annoying. Surely in my house I should be able to not have to listen to them cackling and shrieking like only my parents and their friends can.
oh yay the drunk adults are letting off fireworks...
yay my mum’s friends are here. now to escape to my room and hide from them so i don’t have to listen to their conversations cos it’s creepy and scarring to listen to them. Although sometimes I do learn something new about my parents they might not want me to know, it’s not worth the mental pain. I really dislike drunk adults can you tell?

the time I want to just have a quiet new years and not do anything and my mum decides that we should host the gathering of al her annoying friends and their annoying kids. Would it be too rude to hide away in my room all night?

Lots of people seemed to take my handbook home over the year. I think it liked going on adventures, or it was just really nosey about other people’s bags/homes. Or I might have just been really careless with it. One of those three.

yeah see my mum has a different approach to teenage drinking. She told me i need to start getting used to drinking lindaur cos you can get it for $8 a bottle and she doesn’t want me to go broke on booze :)

it’s really really strange hearing about how it’s snowing in London especially hearing about it snowing in the parts of London I lived in/near. Oh well at least we have our long summer holidays around Christmas.

but lately I’ve found that I really like watching rugby sevens. It’s way more exciting than normal rugby and having games that are either 10 or 20 minutes long is actually really nice. Plus I’m amused by the scrums with 3 people on each side, they just look so little and cute

i just found a present that would be good for mum and it turns out they don’t ship to NZ. I know we’re miles away from everywhere but it’s not like it’s gonna be harder for them to send it here than to England or wherever.
