we went and saw Bringing Up Baby tonight at the cinema and it was so amazing and hilarious. Cary Grant is so goofy and not at all smooth and Katharine Hepburn is great and just so lovely.
And they’re showing Singin’ in the Rain on April 3rd and you should a come with me to see it.

This part made me smile.
I just finished this book The Lover’s Dictionary by David Levithan and I loved it so much. In a way it reminded me of 500 days of summer. It’s also one of the few books which I finish and then want to reread straight away (Looking for Alaska and Elsewhere are probably two of the biggest books where this has happened before for me)
I wasn’t really disappointed with my results but there were subjects I wish I had done better in. But I’ve figured out how to make yourself feel better about results. Work out your UCAS score. I feel so good now.
But on the good side of things mum bought me dumplings and I can kind of raise one eyebrow so there’s that.

I think I’m going to have to go on the pill. I just can’t take this any more. From the start of my period to the next is about 23 days and it’s just ridiculous. I’m either ick because I’m on my period or because it’s about to start. At least if I went on the pill I could manage it a bit more and maybe get a little bit of a break from being hormonal...
There is something wrong with me. I just ran round the house I’m staying in looking frantically for the keys. Turns out they were still in the door and had been since last night. Oops
now that I have money from housesitting here's...
I am going to go to the English shop in Devonport and stock up on Jaffa cakes and Maynard’s winegums. Oh and French Fancies if they have any

I’m 15mins into the first episode of Deadwood and I already love this show. All the characters just seem to be badasses. I have also already lost track of the number of times the word “cocksucker” has been said :)
